What is the signup process and how long does it take?

 The setup typically takes 2-3 business days. You can sign up online or call our office Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. After processing your order, we’ll send a technician for a full home installation, unless arranged otherwise. We will call you beforehand to coordinate the details. 

How reliable is your service?

 We use the same physical lines as Rogers, so you can expect excellent customer service and the same reliability you've come to expect from larger companies. We take great pride in our ability to provide attentive customer service and care for each of our customers.
